It has been a privilege to play even the tiniest of roles in helping businesses as they begin to pivot their operations to accommodate the challenges of the global pandemic. Though my own work has also shifted a bit these last months, I find myself particularly grateful for both the work itself and the opportunity to help companies navigate this new reality.
One shining example of wonderful people doing new and exciting things is the brilliant culinary duo behind Trillium Caterers. Owners, Abigale and Michael, launched their new takeout and delivery service, Trilly, this spring and invited me up to their Belfast kitchen to shoot some of the regular dishes, sides, cocktails, and baked goods.
